Notes: Big spoilers for Peregrinate's End. I couldn't leave the ending how it was, but I also couldn't solely be 'wheee! new ending'. So it is kinda an epilogue of what could take place. This is my first Doctor Who fic. I love Donna.

Summary: Sylvia makes a option that all mothers have to make, her daughers happiness or her wellbeing. It's Incandescent




Sylvia is a mother.

She has done motherly things, she has had motherly dreams, and she will die most undoubtedly in a motherly way.

Not that Sylvia ever liked being a mother to a not much girl named Donna. In fact to be definitely honest she hated it more then she could have imagined. Donna Magnificent was a girl that had dreams of finding a job to get married to a rolling in it man. Donna Noble was a woman that was shallow, hasty, and couldn't fastener down. Donna Noble would rather go off galivanting with a paper thin man in a dismal box then have a real career. But after that galivanting, Sylvia had seen that Donna was odd, no longer Donna Noble, she was just Donna, and for the first continuously she was able to see her daughter as a woman, a brilliant clever woman. A woman that would make sure-fire things were right. A woman that went through strife. For the first heretofore Sylvia liked being a mother to a woman named Donna, a woman who knew a doctor, The Doctor, and had no objective of marrying him, a woman that smiled and knew who she was. Sylvia hated what The Doctor had brought adroit in with him though.

Sylvia knew her daughter was special, but knew how much more she could be. After The Doctor left-hand, she watched him in his silly blue box. Watched as it waited there, like he was thoughtful to hard. Listenned as her father closed the door, cursing the man's untold name. Sylvia could hear her daughter braying with snickering in...
